Each Solution Provider is provided with the opportunity to request bid pricing on any specific opportunity. The request must be sent into your distribution sales rep or local Solution Provider Rep and within one business day turn-around, you will receive an answer to your bid request*. If bid pricing is provided for a specific opportunity, each Solution Provider is required to receive end-user authorization before Brother can release any bid pricing. It is not the responsibility of Brother to notify any dealer of bid pricing unless specifically requested by the Solution Providers and with end-user authorization. 

*Brother reserves the right to offer or not offer bid pricing, depending upon the specific situation of the opportunity. Specific information is required before Brother considers your request for bid pricing, including but not limited to: Customer name, product, quantity, source and any additional roll-out schedule or timeframe information and special requirements.
